Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Deliveries are made on weekdays between 12:00-6:00pm. Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Outlying Islands 

There is an additional HK$250 for deliveries to outlying islands. For restricted areas such as Discovery Bay, there is an additional fee, the charge will be calculated based on order size. 

Exchange & Return Policy

Due to the nature of wine storage and handling, we do not accept returns based on personal taste preferences and non-refundable.

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

• The product is damaged upon arrival

• The wrong item was delivered

• There is a verified quality issue

Age Verification

By placing an order with Per Vinum, you confirm that you are 18 years old or above.

We accept major credit cards and selected digital payment methods.

All prices are listed in HKD.
