From the very first day I stepped into the world of hospitality, I realised something important - The value of a bottle of wine is never just about how it tastes.
Across eight years working in Michelin‑starred dining rooms, Hong Kong Prestige private clubs, cellars, and alongside suppliers, I’ve met countless winemakers and growers whose dedication shaped every bottle we open. Some families have tended the same vineyard for generations. Some farmers wake before dawn to catch the perfect picking window. Some producers refuse shortcuts, choosing integrity over convenience, just to create a wine that truly reflects its land.
Yet many guests only hear, “This is good,” “It’s fruity,” or “The tannins are smooth.”
And I always felt something was missing , because - The soul of wine is not just flavour; it’s people.
This vision led to the creation of Per Vinum.
I wanted to create a space where every bottle is chosen with intention, where craftsmanship is respected, and where stories are shared. Every wine on this platform is personally selected, understood, and trusted not only for its quality, but for the hands and hearts behind it.
