Shipment processing time

Deliveries are made on weekdays between 12:00-6:00pm. Exchange & Return Policy

Due to the nature of wine storage and handling, we do not accept returns based on personal taste preferences and non-refundable.

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

• The product is damaged upon arrival

• The wrong item was delivered
• There is a verified quality issue
